Its Story

30 years of building of this 3½" live steam locomotive have seen the frames cut out by the apprentice's at the Admiralty Underwater Weapons Establishment (AUWE) at Portland UK. The lubricators made by the Portland Model engineers, the tender by Wellworthies, smoke box & brakes by my late father - the bulk of the work was contracted to the late Jim Wylie of Alexandra New Zealand whose skill and craftmanship cannot be faulted.

Castings and fittings available from A J Reeves.
